Millers’ players to make guest appearance at scented footwear store Pop Village
Meadowhall Shopping Centre will be hosting a guest appearance from a trio of Rotherham United stars at popular pop-up store Pop Village on Tuesday December 23.
The event, which will promote the arrival of the breakthrough plimsoll brand in-centre, will see Rotherham United midfielder Ben Pringle and team mates pay a visit to the store.
The Millers’ players will be on hand to meet and greet fans as they pick up their last minute Christmas purchases, pose for photos and sign any merchandise purchased from Pop Village.
Pop Village is a footwear brand inspired by UK festival scene. Founded by Andrew Turner and Mario Campagna in December 2013, it started as a small group of music enthusiasts who wanted to create a new shoe with a unique style and charm.
Hand-stitched by Spanish artisans in a village in La Rioja, each Pop plimsoll is made from natural rubber and ethical cotton. Produced in a rainbow of colours, patterns and scents, every pair is packaged in a bold cardboard tube complete with a story about the person that made the shoe.
